1. The Damage The caravan/ motorhome is submitted for an estimate. Assessing and analizing the damage and consequently producing an accurate estimate is a specialist task. Only a professional advisor can provide you with this. |

2. The Estimate The submitted estimate must also be vetted by your insurance company's assessor (in the case of large repairs) and must be discussed in great detail. As soon as the estimate is passed, the order for the repair may be authorised. |

3. The Planning The details of the repair process are planned and scheduled. The process can commence. |

5. Final Check The hinges and locks are adjusted where necessary to ensure perfect alignment of all components. |

6. Handover Lastly, the caravan/motorhome is handed over and Satisfaction Note signed to be returned to the Insurance Company. |
